The list is free and it gives users the opportunity to send emails to all
interested members in one easy action. The list is intended as a
communication tool for committee members but anyone with important news can use it. As such, it is open to abuse; but if we all stick to the rules we should find it much more of a help than a hinderance.

Only ask questions to everyone if you don't know anyone specific who can answer it

Send your reply to the questionner only! We are not interested in everyone's opinion on each other and everything under the sun.

No Flames, chain-letters, or Spam whatever the cause! If you want to take issue with someone do it in person or offline!
